Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating test processes.
- Experience in large organizations or the utility/energy sector is preferred.
- Very good practical knowledge of Micro Focus Quality Center (MF QC) from both coordination and administration perspectives.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration concepts.
- Understanding of design patterns and QA process automation.
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical field.
- Analytical approach and ability to adapt to new technical requirements.
- Proactive attitude and ability to build collaboration in distributed project teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for high-availability systems.
- Coordinate all phases of the test lifecycle ensuring strict quality standards.
- Build a testing team, set objectives, and provide substantive support to specialists.
- Optimize work methodologies and implement modern test automation techniques.
- Supervise test environments and manage administration in Micro Focus Quality Center (MF QC).
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and development teams to eliminate software delivery bottlenecks.
