Job Details

Hands-on experience with BSI baseline protection, especially for increased protection requirements
Experience in risk analysis and risk documentation
Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR
Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS
Basic understanding of security architectures and processes
Ability to work in a structured, analytical way
Strong communication skills within diverse teams
Proficiency in German
Willingness to undergo security and background checks
Added value: AWS security/compliance services, automated compliance documentation, or certifications such as BSI IT‑Grundschutz‑Praktiker, AWS Certified Security Specialty, CISM, or CISSP

Create a protection requirements concept in line with BSI baseline protection, including increased protection needs
Conduct risk analyses and document results clearly and consistently
Advise on compliance and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance
Support security checks, audits, and assessments
Create and maintain policies and processes within the GRC environment
