Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, MCP, local LLMs).
  • Experience with Unreal Engine tooling such as editor extensions or build automation (Horde, Gauntlet, BuildGraph).
  • Solid experience in C# / .NET for developing tools, internal applications, or services.
  • Familiarity with WPF or willingness to learn it quickly.
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET services and APIs.
  • Strong asset: Game development experience in a AAA or mid/large studio environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Perforce workflows and large-depot environments.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency with Azure AD / Entra, Key Vault, and service authentication.
  • Nice to have: Expertise in GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in C++ within engine or editor contexts.
  • Nice to have: Experience with test automation and observability practices.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI-assisted and agentic workflows into development processes and tools.
  • Develop Unreal Engine tooling including editor extensions, custom workflows, and build automation.
  • Develop and maintain C# / .NET tools and ASP.NET services for internal workflows and orchestration.
  • Build desktop applications, command-line utilities, and shared libraries for game production pipelines.
  • Instrument tools and services with OpenTelemetry for improved observability and debugging.
  • Collaborate directly with developers, artists, designers, and QA to solve production challenges.
  • Own project delivery end-to-end including documentation, UX, rollout, and iteration.
  • Maintain the tools ecosystem through automation, refactoring, and complexity reduction.
