Requirements
- 3+ years of professional mobile development experience.
- Proven expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with AI-accelerated development tools, specifically Cursor (Composer & Agent modes) and Claude.
- Experience using AI tools for rapid UI generation (e.g., Lovable, v0, FigmaMake).
- Expertise in mobile ecosystem components, including Firebase and complex API integrations.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to build polished interfaces.
- Experience managing AI context windows (e.g., creating .cursorrules).
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for security vulnerabilities and hallucinations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Mandatory hardware: Dedicated USB headset/microphone and a stable wired Ethernet connection.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
- Utilize AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Lovable/v0 to accelerate feature creation and UI generation.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing experiment prototypes and lead-generation mobile apps.
- Serve as the primary responder for live production incidents and implement proactive monitoring.
- Oversee mobile app deployment to Apple App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play Store.
- Conduct weekly code reviews focusing on security, OWASP standards, and credential management.
- Bring technical perspectives to business goal definitions and provide clear design documentation.
