Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
- 5+ years of post-academic experience building and deploying production vision models on real-time embedded systems.
- Hands-on expertise with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred).
- Deep understanding of modern computer vision architectures.
- Strong proficiency in TensorRT, NVIDIA ModelOpt, and ONNX runtime.
- Strong Python programming skills for development.
- Strong command of C++ for performance-critical code.
- Experience with hardware-accelerated compression, knowledge distillation, or network structural pruning.
- Familiarity with robotics frameworks like ROS / ROS2.
- Ability to build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy production-grade deep learning models for depth estimation, segmentation, and tracking.
- Fine-tune models for real-time inference on embedded NVIDIA GPU platforms using quantization-aware training.
- Manage the end-to-end model development lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and validation.
- Collaborate with robotics teams to integrate perception outputs and architect onboard pipelines.
- Analyze performance data to identify failure cases and improve model robustness for outdoor conditions.
- Develop strategies for leveraging both real-world site data and synthetic data for model training.
