Requirements

  • 8–12 years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Executive Strategy & Operations, GM, or equivalent operating role.
  • Proven record of designing and building operating infrastructure for distributed executive teams.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or B2B services.
  • Experience in 300 to 600 person organizations.
  • Meaningful experience in transformation contexts like strategic pivots or M&A integration.
  • Strong ability to drive accountability through influence and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Structured thinking capabilities to synthesize complex inputs into clear decisions.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent executive writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the executive operating rhythm, including C-suite meetings, offsites, and 1:1s.
  • Develop and maintain decision-making infrastructure such as RACI frameworks, decision logs, and commitment tracking.
  • Create dashboards and reporting to provide the CEO visibility into transformation priorities and business risks.
  • Manage the output quality of executive forums to ensure decisions are captured and tracked.
  • Draft board updates, executive memos, and investor-ready narratives.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on priorities and cross-functional trade-offs.
