Requirements
- 8–12 years of professional experience.
- 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Executive Strategy & Operations, GM, or equivalent operating role.
- Proven record of designing and building operating infrastructure for distributed executive teams.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or B2B services.
- Experience in 300 to 600 person organizations.
- Meaningful experience in transformation contexts like strategic pivots or M&A integration.
- Strong ability to drive accountability through influence and build trust with senior leaders.
- Structured thinking capabilities to synthesize complex inputs into clear decisions.
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent executive writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the executive operating rhythm, including C-suite meetings, offsites, and 1:1s.
- Develop and maintain decision-making infrastructure such as RACI frameworks, decision logs, and commitment tracking.
- Create dashboards and reporting to provide the CEO visibility into transformation priorities and business risks.
- Manage the output quality of executive forums to ensure decisions are captured and tracked.
- Draft board updates, executive memos, and investor-ready narratives.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on priorities and cross-functional trade-offs.
