Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working within a fast-paced automotive, insurance or claims environment.
- Working knowledge of service contract, insurance or automotive industry.
- Proficiency working within a claims or automotive type setting.
- Automotive experience, such as working within a service department as a technician, service writer, or warranty administrator.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Automotive training or college coursework preferred.
- Mechanical certifications (ASE) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process queue contacts from the claims queues, email, and chat channels from dealers, repair facilities, and sales agents.
- Correspond with various vendors throughout the claim adjudication process.
- Process various requests from managers and lead adjusters.
- Assist in claim estimation or cost comparison utilizing vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
