Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SAP OTC, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (order management, deliveries, billing, customer master data).
- Hands-on experience with SAP IDocs (configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting).
- Knowledge of output management and integration architecture.
- Proficiency in EDI standards including EDIFACT, ANSI X12, ODETTE, and GALIA.
- Understanding of message mapping and electronic document exchange.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SAP OTC integration processes.
- Configure and support SAP IDocs, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolution.
- Participate in integration design and message mapping validation for EDI/B2B scenarios.
- Collaborate with platforms such as Seeburger and TECCOM.
- Assist in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live support.
- Document integration architectures, technical specifications, and mapping rules.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Participate in customer onboarding and new integration implementations.
