Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing, test automation, or quality engineering
- Strong programming skills with the ability to write clean, modular, and optimized code
- Experience building or working with automation frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium
- Exposure to API testing and backend validation
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux environments, and distributed systems (preferred)
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, OOP principles, and software engineering best practices
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and solve complex technical problems
- Strong ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies across frontend, backend, and system-level components to ensure product quality and reliability
- Design, write, and maintain automated test cases and frameworks for web and API-based applications
- Build and enhance automation solutions using tools such as Selenium and other testing frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system architecture, define acceptance criteria, and ensure robust feature validation
- Participate in production monitoring, incident resolution, and on-call support to maintain system stability
- Identify bugs, performance issues, and edge cases while proactively improving overall test coverage
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into deployment workflows
