- Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale virtual summits (1,000+ registrants).
- Experience with smaller, high-touch webinars or workshops.
- Ability to translate brand positioning into digital experiences.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing stakeholders and deliverables in a remote environment.
- Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zuddl).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with campaign analytics, tracking KPIs, and demonstrating ROI.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience managing executive speakers.
Responsibilities
- Own the virtual event strategy and calendar across Superside’s marketing org.
- Lead planning and execution for flagship virtual summits, digital conferences, webinars, and online community events.
- Develop compelling narratives and formats that reinforce Superside’s leadership in AI-powered creative and marketing innovation.
- Partner with content, creative, and demand gen teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage speaker recruitment and preparation for digital sessions.
- Oversee all virtual event operations, logistics, platforms, and production partners.
- Measure and report performance to optimize promotion and prove ROI.
- Experiment with digital formats and technologies to maintain innovation in event marketing.
