  • Experience with smaller, high-touch webinars or workshops.
  • Ability to translate brand positioning into digital experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing stakeholders and deliverables in a remote environment.
  • Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zuddl).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with campaign analytics, tracking KPIs, and demonstrating ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience managing executive speakers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the virtual event strategy and calendar across Superside’s marketing org.
  • Lead planning and execution for flagship virtual summits, digital conferences, webinars, and online community events.
  • Develop compelling narratives and formats that reinforce Superside’s leadership in AI-powered creative and marketing innovation.
  • Partner with content, creative, and demand gen teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage speaker recruitment and preparation for digital sessions.
  • Oversee all virtual event operations, logistics, platforms, and production partners.
  • Measure and report performance to optimize promotion and prove ROI.
  • Experiment with digital formats and technologies to maintain innovation in event marketing.
