Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or MBA.
- 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in an FP&A role.
- Proven experience in team management and people development.
- Strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating presentation decks.
- Strong financial modelling and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent ability to spot, investigate, and explain financial discrepancies.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to overlap with UK time zone for at least 4 hours.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Execute periodic forecasting exercises throughout the fiscal year.
- Prepare weekly short-term cash flow forecasts.
- Enhance financial planning processes and reporting tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Prepare high-quality financial commentary for management accounts and monthly board packs.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for business stakeholders.
- Develop and mentor the team, fostering professional growth and performance.
- Communicate key financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Review and proactively manage costs across client accounts.
