Job Details

5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution.
Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to influence and align senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes with the ability to ship working solutions.
Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within client engagement constraints.
Comfort working autonomously without a dedicated engineering team, knowing when to build independently versus seeking additional resources.
Strong diagnostic mindset with a focus on understanding root causes before implementing solutions.
Deep accountability to measurable outcomes and impact over static deliverables.

Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows, clearer decision rights, and effective human-agent collaboration using AI.
Design comprehensive operating models, including organizational structure, roles, governance, and value realization frameworks.
Build working, AI-powered prototypes directly utilizing LLM APIs, platform-native features, and low-code/no-code environments.
Support the rollout of new tools and workflows, ensuring adoption is rooted in process design and change management.
Conduct diagnostic assessments for value capture, implementation readiness, and adoption strategy.
