Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in workforce planning, human capital consulting, organizational analytics, or related consulting disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce demand forecasting, supply analysis, workforce modeling, and talent gap assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of competency modeling, skills frameworks, workforce analytics methodologies, and human capital strategy development.
  • Ability to synthesize large and complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, strategic reports, dashboards, and workforce insights.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across technical, business, and leadership audiences.
  • Experience supporting federal government organizations, public sector initiatives, or technology-focused workforces is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with workforce risk analysis, attrition modeling, workforce metrics, and organizational effectiveness assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning and human capital analytics engagements, delivering high-quality analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct future workforce demand assessments by translating organizational goals and initiatives into workforce, skills, and capacity requirements.
  • Develop competency models, role frameworks, skill taxonomies, and workforce planning methodologies aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Analyze current workforce capabilities, talent inventories, and workforce data to assess organizational readiness and capacity.
  • Design and administer competency, skills, and workforce assessments using established organizational and behavioral science methodologies.
  • Perform workforce gap analyses, scenario planning, and forecasting to identify critical talent shortages and workforce risks.
  • Translate workforce findings into actionable business insights, strategic recommendations, and risk mitigation plans for leadership teams.
  • Develop workforce transformation strategies focused on recruitment, retention, reskilling, succession planning, and talent optimization.
  • Create executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and data visualizations that communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
