Responsibilities

  • Monitor project websites, municipal planning documents, and internal sources to gather relevant development information.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls and inquiries to obtain missing or updated project data.
  • Input and maintain accurate sales, permit, and project information within proprietary databases.
  • Verify data accuracy using multiple tools and cross-referencing techniques.
  • Track active development permits and monitor changes in status across assigned markets.
  • Maintain updated records of multi-family housing projects, including launch timelines and project milestones.
  • Ensure data consistency, completeness, and adherence to internal quality standards.
