Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Query in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with business needs.
- Experience customizing SharePoint lists and integrating Power Apps with external or legacy systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze processes and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Microsoft Power Apps certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in the clinical research or healthcare domain is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalable and well-documented solutions.
- Build and enhance model-driven and canvas Power Apps to support business-critical processes and operational efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, ensuring alignment with system architecture and performance standards.
- Participate in code and design reviews, contributing to quality assurance and adherence to development best practices.
- Develop end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related tools to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Customize SharePoint lists and integrate disparate systems using Power Apps and related Microsoft technologies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose digital solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
- Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored digital solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, ensuring smooth application performance and user adoption.
