Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience within the Microsoft security and compliance ecosystem.
- Proven consulting expertise with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 security capabilities including Purview, Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
- Extensive experience in identity governance.
- Experience in data security concepts including classification, labeling, DLP, insider risk management, and information lifecycle governance.
- Ability to translate compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong consulting capabilities in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
- Experience creating technical documentation.
- Microsoft certifications such as SC-400, SC-401, SC-200, or SC-300 are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements as the primary technical expert for Microsoft security, compliance, and data protection solutions, guiding architecture, design, and implementation across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Design and deliver security and governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender suite, and Microsoft Sentinel, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Advise clients on Microsoft Copilot adoption from a security and compliance perspective, including data exposure risks, governance controls, and access management strategies.
- Translate regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, government regulations, internal policies) into actionable technical implementations such as DLP, classification, labeling, and records management.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations, while contributing to repeatable offerings and best practices.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and training materials, while mentoring junior consultants and acting as a subject matter expert across engagements.
