Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering and DevOps practices, with deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline development (YAML-based workflows).
- Solid hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies, versioning, and release management.
- Advanced knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes or equivalents).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, including Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, including security integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or Splunk).
- Ability to define and track reliability and delivery metrics such as DORA metrics, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices and tools.
- Automate build, test, validation, and deployment processes across multiple environments to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (or equivalent orchestration platforms such as AKS, EKS, GKE, or OpenShift).
- Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance controls.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of production systems and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate in defining cloud architecture strategies, including resilience, disaster recovery, and scalability planning.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and platform maturity.
