Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an AI/ML Software Engineer or similar role (excluding internships).
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience working in Linux or macOS environments.
- Experience building and maintaining SaaS platforms, ideally with microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience integrating machine learning models into production systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including system design, scalability, and code quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in client-facing environments.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative, agile engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack AI/ML-driven microservices and SaaS applications for healthcare use cases.
- Implement and integrate machine learning models and third-party AI technologies into production systems.
- Collaborate with technical architects to translate system designs and business requirements into high-quality, reliable code.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and performance expectations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, ensuring clarity and usability for engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Develop proofs of concept for new AI/ML features and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
- Support agile delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and client expectations.
