Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Proven ability to act as a strategic client advisor, linking marketing initiatives to business and revenue outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a strong customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with accountability for client success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term value across the full customer lifecycle.
- Act as a strategic advisor, translating client business goals into effective influencer marketing strategies and actionable campaign plans.
- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, KPIs, and content quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead strategic business reviews and performance reporting, delivering insights that guide future optimization and growth.
- Coordinate and mentor internal execution teams, including coordinators, ensuring seamless delivery across campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, strategy, and research teams to enhance client outcomes and platform capabilities.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies for clients.
- Maintain strong governance over contracts, budgets, and deliverables with proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute client insights to improve internal processes, best practices, and platform evolution.
