Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Systems Designer with a strong focus on complex product ecosystems.
- Proven experience working with internal tools, enterprise software, or multi-module applications at scale.
- Deep systems thinking ability, with experience defining rules, constraints, and reusable interaction patterns.
- Strong understanding of iOS design principles beyond visual UI, including navigation, gestures, and platform-native behavior.
- Experience working directly with engineers and product managers in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Familiarity with component-based design systems and web frameworks such as Angular and PrimeNG.
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively, prioritize clarity over visual polish, and enforce product discipline.
- Strong communication skills with a preference for written documentation, frameworks, and structured thinking.
Responsibilities
- Own product-wide UX coherence by defining interaction patterns and ensuring consistency across modules, teams, and releases.
- Audit existing systems and applications to identify effective patterns, eliminate redundancy, and guide convergence rather than redesign.
- Define and standardize behavioral UX rules for Angular and PrimeNG components, including forms, tables, modals, permissions, and system states.
- Establish and enforce native-first iOS UX principles aligned with Apple Human Interface Guidelines, preventing cross-platform design drift.
- Partner closely with product managers to review early prototypes, challenge assumptions, and provide clear, opinionated UX direction.
- Create scalable design systems and behavioral frameworks that reduce ambiguity and enable faster, more consistent product development.
- Ensure long-term UX stability by preventing fragmentation as new features and modules are introduced.
