Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of software product or project management experience in SaaS environments.
- 2+ years of experience delivering software solutions for the legal industry (preferred).
- Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and full software development life cycle experience.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to headquarters, customer sites, and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product plans, specifications, and user stories to deliver high-quality features.
- Collaborate with product leadership to execute the product roadmap.
- Manage product UX and feature set development.
- Partner with engineering teams to craft user experiences and solve real-world problems.
- Translate complex customer and business needs into actionable specifications, business rules, flows, and use cases.
- Conduct customer calls to identify pain points and inform product decisions.
- Analyze data and feedback to prioritize opportunities and measure results.
- Slice user stories and define acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with GTM teams on go-to-market strategy, value propositions, and marketing materials.
- Perform product acceptance testing alongside QA and engineering teams.
