Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
5+ years of software product or project management experience in SaaS environments.
2+ years of experience delivering software solutions for the legal industry (preferred).
Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and full software development life cycle experience.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to headquarters, customer sites, and industry conferences.

Develop comprehensive product plans, specifications, and user stories to deliver high-quality features.
Collaborate with product leadership to execute the product roadmap.
Manage product UX and feature set development.
Partner with engineering teams to craft user experiences and solve real-world problems.
Translate complex customer and business needs into actionable specifications, business rules, flows, and use cases.
Conduct customer calls to identify pain points and inform product decisions.
Analyze data and feedback to prioritize opportunities and measure results.
Slice user stories and define acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
Partner with GTM teams on go-to-market strategy, value propositions, and marketing materials.
Perform product acceptance testing alongside QA and engineering teams.
