  • Appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Proficiency with computers
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • USB wired headset (preferred)
  • Smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log-in

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Recommend products or services to help close sales when required
  • Provide white-glove treatment to exclusive luxury retail customers
  • Resolve questions about customer orders and service issues
