- Appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Proficiency with computers
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- USB wired headset (preferred)
- Smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log-in
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Recommend products or services to help close sales when required
- Provide white-glove treatment to exclusive luxury retail customers
- Resolve questions about customer orders and service issues
