Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology.
- Proven track record leading large, complex product portfolios or platforms.
- Deep expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior ICs and managers across multiple teams.
- Experience integrating or building AI-driven product experiences.
- Highly data-driven with strong business and monetization acumen.
- Strong understanding of SMB and agency needs (preferred).
- Experience with funnels, landing pages, paid ads, email automation, and SEO.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term vision for HighLevel’s Marketing OS and Lead Generation ecosystem.
- Lead a group of product managers and cross-functional teams across multiple product lines.
- Identify opportunities to unify fragmented tools into a cohesive, AI-powered growth platform.
- Partner with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to drive tool adoption and expansion revenue.
- Embed AI across the ecosystem to create autonomous marketing workflows.
- Establish and track core performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and customer ROI.
