Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology.
  • Proven track record leading large, complex product portfolios or platforms.
  • Deep expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior ICs and managers across multiple teams.
  • Experience integrating or building AI-driven product experiences.
  • Highly data-driven with strong business and monetization acumen.
  • Strong understanding of SMB and agency needs (preferred).
  • Experience with funnels, landing pages, paid ads, email automation, and SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term vision for HighLevel’s Marketing OS and Lead Generation ecosystem.
  • Lead a group of product managers and cross-functional teams across multiple product lines.
  • Identify opportunities to unify fragmented tools into a cohesive, AI-powered growth platform.
  • Partner with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to drive tool adoption and expansion revenue.
  • Embed AI across the ecosystem to create autonomous marketing workflows.
  • Establish and track core performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and customer ROI.
