Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with React on the frontend
- Neo4j (graph database) experience
- Experience with GraphQL
- Production-level AI/LLM integration experience (beyond basic prompting)
- Experience working with or building MCP servers
- Ability to maintain 100% Eastern Time overlap during business hours
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Build new features and enhance existing ones across backend and frontend
- Collaborate daily with the product team to scope work and demo progress end-of-day
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions, with sign-off from leadership on major calls
- Resolve customer-reported bugs tracked in GitHub
- Help evolve the AI/LLM and knowledge-graph capabilities powering the platform
