Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO functions.
- Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
- Hands-on experience with PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex planning workflows.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Must have a PayPal account for receiving payments.
- Ability to complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions regarding project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios such as capacity reviews and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews using domain expertise.
- Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams understand operational and PMO governance frameworks.
