Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and endpoint management.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) with an automation mindset.
- Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals.
- Experience with hardware vendors including Dell, Lenovo, HP, Logitech, and Poly.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams / Teams Rooms (preferred).
- Experience with ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies (nice to have).
- Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.
- Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work is important.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern workplace infrastructure solutions.
- Provide 3rd-line (L3) support including troubleshooting, incident, and change management.
- Perform maintenance, OS updates, security patching, and tooling upgrades.
- Automate and industrialize operational processes.
- Manage Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11 endpoints.
- Support deployment and optimization of Microsoft Teams Rooms (1,200+ meeting rooms globally).
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Transfer knowledge to offshore Level 1/2 teams.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and drive continuous improvement.
