- High curiosity for AI and comfort operating in uncertainty and rapid iteration cycles.
- Hands-on craft: ability to prototype, document decisions, and sweat the details.
- Experience translating user research into actionable design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents (from concept to shipped UI/UX) across Qonto.
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear product flows through discovery, prototyping, and iteration.
- Run user research (interviews, tests) and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
- Partner daily with engineers and product to ship quickly while keeping quality high.
- Define interaction patterns for AI (prompting, guardrails, error states) that are transparent and safe.
