Requirements

- Ability to build a benchmark rig and explain it clearly.
- Proficiency in reading documentation, calling APIs, and wiring up tests.
- Familiarity with the no-code and agent ecosystem (e.g., n8n, OpenClaw, Hermes, MCP).
- Intellectual honesty and ability to follow data even when inconvenient.
- Self-directed work style and ability to define research questions.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Portfolio of evergreen technical content.
- Prior experience benchmarking APIs, tools, or models.
Responsibilities
- Write 'Best X API' comparisons backed by real benchmarks.
- Code tests, run them, and publish the method alongside the results.
- Track and re-measure performance over time to keep content accurate.
- Test and review no-code platforms, agent frameworks, and AI workflows.
- Identify product improvements by documenting and using existing docs and tools.
- Turn research into content that ranks and converts.
- Set your own research agenda based on what stories the data tells.
