Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design skills inspired by Korean and Eastern European aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience creating visuals for websites, social media, and sales-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of balance, typography, and layout.
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
- Reliable internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
- Headset with an extended noise-canceling mic and a webcam.
- Must have a back-up computer and internet connection.
- Dedicated quiet workspace at home.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement minimalist graphic designs aligned with brand identity.
- Produce graphics for e-commerce platforms including website banners, product images, social media content, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Create visuals aimed at boosting engagement and sales on the website and social media channels.
- Design packaging, promotional materials, and brand assets that reflect minimalist aesthetics.
- Stay updated on design trends, especially Korean and Eastern European minimalist styles.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
