Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional experience in software engineering using Java or Kotlin.
- Experience in the architecture and development of distributed systems.
- Experience with technologies such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related areas (preferred).
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures (preferred).
- Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, or similar (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, documented, efficient, and testable code.
- Improve observability and monitoring across applications.
- Lead technical projects and provide high-quality code reviews.
- Mentor team members to foster technical growth and establish engineering standards.
- Define technical solutions for ambiguous or complex requirements in collaboration with product stakeholders.
- Monitor and resolve production incidents.
- Participate in the recruitment process for new engineering talent.
