Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Physical Science field.
- Professional experience in laboratory research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
- Deep knowledge of organic, inorganic, analytical, or physical chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
- Thorough understanding of chemical safety protocols (SDS), GHS standards, and regulatory requirements (EPA, REACH, FDA).
- Ability to identify errors in complex IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
- Capability to explain intricate reaction pathways or molecular interactions in clear, technically accurate language.
- Ability to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate model responses to advanced chemistry queries for accuracy, structural integrity, and logical reasoning.
- Fact-check and validate AI-generated chemical reactions, balancing equations, and ensuring viable synthetic routes.
- Audit technical documentation including lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations like NMR, IR, and Mass Spec.
- Annotate molecular data by identifying and correcting errors in SMILES strings, 2D/3D representations, and property predictions.
- Monitor AI outputs to ensure compliance with chemical safety protocols and prevention of hazardous content generation.
