- Ability to identify errors in complex IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
- Ability to explain intricate reaction pathways or molecular interactions in clear, technically accurate language.
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated chemistry queries for factual accuracy, structural integrity, and logical reasoning.
- Fact-check and validate chemical reactions, balancing equations, and confirming synthetic route viability.
- Audit technical documentation including lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations.
- Annotate molecular data including SMILES strings, 2D/3D representations, and property predictions.
- Monitor AI output for safety and ensure no instructions are provided for hazardous or restricted substances.
