Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Physical Science field.
- Professional experience in laboratory research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
- Deep knowledge of organic, inorganic, analytical, or physical chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
- Thorough understanding of chemical safety protocols (SDS), GHS standards, and regulatory requirements (EPA, REACH, FDA).
- Ability to identify errors in IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
- Ability to explain intricate reaction pathways or molecular interactions in clear, technically accurate language.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to advanced chemistry queries for accuracy, structural integrity, and logical reasoning.
- Fact-check chemical reactions, balance equations, and ensure synthetic routes are viable and safe.
- Audit technical documentation including lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations.
- Annotate molecular data such as SMILES strings and 2D/3D representations.
- Perform safety monitoring to prevent AI from providing instructions for hazardous or restricted substances.
