Requirements
- Hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Physical Science field.
- Demonstrate experience in laboratory research, industrial chemical processing, pharmaceutical R&D, or academic instruction.
- Possess deep knowledge of organic, inorganic, analytical, or physical chemistry principles and reaction mechanisms.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of chemical safety protocols (SDS), GHS standards, and regulatory requirements like EPA, REACH, and FDA.
- Exhibit analytical precision in IUPAC nomenclature, stoichiometry, molecular geometry, and thermodynamic calculations.
- Communicate intricate reaction pathways or molecular interactions in clear, technically accurate language.
- Capable of completing paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Maintain a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate model responses to advanced chemistry queries for factual accuracy, structural integrity, and logical reasoning.
- Validate AI-generated chemical reactions, balancing equations, and ensuring proposed synthetic routes are viable and safe.
- Review model-generated lab protocols, safety summaries, and spectral interpretations including NMR, IR, and Mass Spec.
- Identify and correct errors in SMILES strings, 2D/3D molecular representations, and property predictions.
- Monitor AI outputs to ensure they do not provide instructions for the synthesis of hazardous, illicit, or restricted substances.
