Responsibilities
- Perform side-by-side evaluation by comparing text and voice snippets to assess quality and authenticity.
- Conduct naturalness assessments by listening to AI-generated audio and rating how natural the voice sounds.
- Ensure quality control by identifying where the AI's tone or pronunciation feels unnatural or culturally mismatched.
- Perform contextual reviews to identify whether intonation matches the cultural context of the conversation.
- Provide data tagging feedback on the naturalness, tone, and authenticity of the audio.
