Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET.
- Experience with front-end development using React and JavaScript.
- Experience with performance optimization or large data sets.
- Solid experience building scalable backend systems.
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, and reliability.
- Ability to drive work independently and take full ownership.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms (nice to have).
- Experience on SAP integration projects (nice to have).
- Background in enterprise software such as ERP or CPQ (nice to have).
- Experience integrating agentic AI into enterprise software (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain standard products.
- Understand product application to create customer value.
- Develop new customer-facing features.
- Design and implement unit and integration tests for code modules.
- Develop AI-powered product discovery and conversational solutions using agentic AI.
- Participate in CI/CD development and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews and retrospective learning.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing software.
- Contribute to the evolution of development processes and coding standards.
