Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or endpoint management.
- Deep, hands-on experience managing macOS devices at scale using Microsoft Intune.
- Strong proficiency in shell scripting for macOS configuration and automation.
- Proven experience with Apple Business Manager (DEP and VPP).
- Experience managing software deployment via Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
- Proven experience implementing and enforcing DoD STIGs and security practices on macOS.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Experience with government or military IT environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Azure and Intune.
- Manage and enforce macOS configurations and security policies through shell scripting.
- Integrate and manage macOS devices using Apple Business Manager for zero-touch deployment.
- Oversee the macOS software lifecycle including application packaging and updates via Microsoft Intune.
- Implement and enforce STIGs and DoD/Navy cybersecurity standards across endpoints.
- Perform security assessments and vulnerability management for endpoint devices.
- Administer Windows 11, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Ubuntu environments.
- Develop automated deployment scripts and configuration management workflows.
