Requirements
- 3-5 years of combined experience in supply chain operations management or startups.
- Proven experience in a similar position within an e-commerce or Amazon seller company.
- Experience working within a startup culture.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience creating SOPs (preferred).
- Prior management experience (preferred).
- Experience in vendor management (preferred).
- Experience with SoStocked (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate reordering forecasts through cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Manage shipping plans, create packing lists, and coordinate shipment cycles with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Monitor FBA fees, handle Amazon shipment reimbursements, and manage inventory-related cases.
- Oversee the purchase order (PO) lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Negotiate shipping and 3PL quotations using bidding processes.
- Submit CPC documentation and manage product data in internal systems.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by auditing storage fees, carton sizes, and overstock inventory.
