Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong experience in backend testing, API testing, database validation, and log analysis.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including boundary, usability, and problem resolution techniques.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Experience working in SaaS environments or fast-paced engineering teams.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and regression suite development (preferred).
- Understanding of software quality processes in security-focused or complex technical products (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new features and regression testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define effective testing strategies based on requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
- Provide detailed and timely feedback to developers to support rapid issue resolution.
- Conduct API, backend, database, usability, boundary, and log-based testing.
- Support performance and security testing to ensure product reliability and compliance standards.
- Contribute to QA process improvements and promote best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and support the maintenance of automated test suites.
