Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years SAP FICO consultant experience with focus on Asset Accounting and Taxes
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration
Experience with SAP S/4HANA platform
Understanding of financial processes, IFRS, and local accounting standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions
Configure and customize SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting
Configure and customize SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Internal Orders
Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO modules
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO system issues to ensure continuous operations
Collaborate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive solutions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks
Provide comprehensive training sessions for end-users
Prepare and maintain clear, detailed documentation for configurations and processes
