Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, product engineering, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
- Experience with git and database systems.
- Understanding of system architecture and the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Track record of shipping products from concept to live production.
- Demonstrable AI-native workflow using LLMs and AI agents for rapid development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage data, metrics, and decisions under uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills in English for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-directed working style with strong initiative.
Responsibilities
- Own 0-to-1 development of new products and features from problem discovery to launch.
- Define product requirements, success criteria, and measurement strategies.
- Engage directly with users, support, and data to identify genuine problems.
- Run experiments, define metrics, and iterate or sunset features based on performance.
- Collaborate with engineering to manage architectural trade-offs and technical decisions.
- Prototype solutions using AI tools, no-code platforms, and scripts.
- Identify and implement AI and LLM opportunities for product value.
- Author clear, technical, and opinionated product specifications and briefs.
- Maintain hands-on technical involvement through data analysis and prototype development.
