Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data, specifically claims or clinical data.
- 2+ years of experience in value-based care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Jira is preferred.
- Background in consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Validate data accuracy through collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Explain and troubleshoot common data and configuration issues.
- Lead tactical communications within workstreams to ensure clarity on deliverables.
- Present project updates effectively to customer stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts into accessible business insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and maintain momentum.
- Take ownership of workstream deliverables and manage documentation.
