Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal.
- Direct experience in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation matters.
- Strong experience managing active case files from inception through resolution.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents.
- Ability to assist with all phases of discovery.
- Strong understanding of court procedures and filing requirements.
- Experience scheduling hearings, mediations, and depositions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage active case files from inception through resolution.

- Assist with all phases of discovery including document review, organization, and production.
- Monitor court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines.
