Requirements
- 8-11+ years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects.
- Deep expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
- Expertise in C# and .NET or Java.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration of automated tests (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
- Experience setting up a test automation framework from scratch.
- Experience in AI-assisted development and testing (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, CoPilot).
- Experience leading and executing automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Experience presenting to client stakeholders and communicating technical/business value.
- Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes of development projects.
- Experience coaching and mentoring through collaboration and structured code reviews.
- Relevant education such as technical degree, bootcamps, or professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by the end of each sprint.
- Ensure Core Values are upheld throughout a portfolio of projects through leadership.
- Provide end-to-end QA supervision to ensure project success within budget.
- Continuously research and implement new tools, frameworks, and best practices for quality assurance.
- Communicate project expectations, manage escalations, and provide development structure for team members.
- Develop standardized testing and reporting metrics to improve organizational capabilities.
- Conduct recruiting interviews and optimize the hiring process.
- Develop detailed testing strategies, technical planning, and rigorous subtasking to eliminate ambiguity.
