Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency with TypeScript.
- Experience building agentic flows and working with LLM APIs.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector) is a major plus.
- Experience with modern frontend development.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate technical approaches and methodologies to ensure high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills with proactive status reporting and active listening.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize scalable backend features using Ruby on Rails.
- Develop front-end interfaces for AI integrations using TypeScript.
- Connect and manage integrations with major LLM providers like OpenAI and OpenRouter.
- Implement and manage multi-step, autonomous AI workflows.
- Combine retrieval mechanisms with generative models for RAG implementation.
- Craft and refine prompts to optimize AI responses and outputs.
- Customize pre-trained models and optimize LLM inference.
