Requirements
- 5–7+ years of Project Management experience.
- Agency experience is required.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.
- Strong ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.
- Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Improve operational processes, workflows, and project management practices to increase efficiency and quality.
