Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles, including solution architecture, pre-sales, and enterprise implementation leadership.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with modern cloud data platforms, particularly Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent large-scale data ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise solution architecture, including data modeling, integration patterns, and scalable distributed systems design.
  • Experience with identity resolution, customer data platforms (CDP), and customer 360 architectures (deterministic and probabilistic matching).
  • Proven background in designing real-time data processing systems and AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud migration strategies from on-premise to cloud environments.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing environments such as digital marketing, CRM, or customer analytics ecosystems.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder engagements and guide cross-functional teams through complex delivery cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, aligning technical architecture and data platform solutions with business objectives and long-term transformation goals.
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale engagements, including Databricks-based data platforms, customer data ecosystems, and analytics-driven architectures.
  • Own pre-sales technical leadership activities, including discovery sessions, solution framing, scoping, estimation, and proposal development for complex opportunities.
  • Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, cloud strategy, and best practices across data engineering, AI/ML, and real-time processing systems.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle from design through implementation, ensuring successful delivery, scalability, performance, and measurable business value realization.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for clients, guiding resolution of complex architectural, integration, and delivery challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and delivery teams to influence solution direction, improve methodologies, and strengthen platform capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to architects and delivery teams, promoting best practices and raising overall technical excellence.
