Job Details

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design and performance optimization.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational and cloud data sources.
Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
Strong proficiency in DAX, including complex calculations and optimization techniques.
Experience with Azure data services and enterprise BI ecosystems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft PL-300 certification is a plus.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
Lead the end-to-end BI development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
Build and optimize robust data models using SQL and cloud-based data sources.
Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines ensuring accurate, reliable, and well-governed data flows.
Create advanced DAX calculations and implement performance tuning for efficient reporting solutions.
Define and enforce best practices for data visualization, modeling, and BI development standards.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data access controls to ensure secure reporting environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable business insights.
Monitor and optimize report performance, including data refresh cycles and query efficiency.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the BI team.
