Lead end-to-end software development projects, from technical conception and architecture definition to implementation and delivery.
Design and evolve scalable systems, contributing to decisions around monolith and microservices architectures.
Develop and maintain backend solutions in Python and frontend applications in React, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Build and optimize systems designed to handle large volumes of data, including SQL performance tuning and data processing workflows.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies (unit and integration tests).
Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and mentor team members to strengthen technical capability across the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and product evolution.
