Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences or other relevant field.
- Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure in Washington state.
- Current clinical supervisor credential in Washington state.
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Ability to work with a diverse population.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Understanding of and adherence to ethical standards of the governing licensure board.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to staff seeking clinical endorsement through consultation and administrative tasks.
- Review and sign off on chart documentation.
- Ensure all counseling staff function within competent parameters and maintain education.
- Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Assist clinical team with CEU requirement needs.
- Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed.
